The objective of the New Vehicles service is to help you through the process of purchasing or leasing your next new vehicle. This service begins with a interview I conduct with you so that I can understand what you desire and need. During the interview we will discuss anything that is important to you to include but not limited to the make, model, year, color, your budget, your driving habits, and whether you prefer to purchase or lease the vehicle.
After the interview I will research the vehicle or vehicles you decide you want to consider. I will discuss my findings with you and work with you to help you decide which is the best for you. Once you make your decision I will locate some vehicles that meet your criteria. We will also discuss the value of your trade-in if you are planning on trading your current vehicle.
We are then ready to contact the dealer or dealers involved and begin the negotiation process. From this point forward I will be with you every step of the way. You can choose whether you want me to conduct the negotiation with the dealer or if you want to do it yourself. If you live in Eastern North Carolina and choose for me to be with you when you visit the dealer, I will be there. If you do not live in this area or you do not choose for me to be present I will be available via the phone if you have any questions. Prior to the first visit we will also discuss some of the financing considerations you may be offered. This will help you better understand some of the options and products you will be offered so that you can make better decisions as to which one you may want to purchase.
